 Rollscan 200 series
Rollscan 200 series instruments are suitable for - control of surface quality,
- testing of near-surface defects involving changes in stress and microstructure,
- control of grinding and heat treatment quality, even through chrome platings.
Instrument is capable of non-destructive testing of sub-surface tensile stresses and shot-peening quality. With Rollscan 200 changing the depth of measurement is simple. High and low rejection limits are adjustable and automatically signal the operator of the defect. Rollscan 200 series instruments (1 to 4 channels) offer fast inspection enabling process control in real time and furthermore significant quality improvements and savings in material and labor expences.
