Table for Electropolishing

A specially equipped table for electropolishing can be included in the XSTRESS 3000 system. The table makes the precise positioning of the sample possible for e.g. depth profile measurements, speeds up the movements between the electropolishing location and safeguards the operator.

XSTRESS 3000 Central Unit is placed in a special shelf under the table. The carrier on the table moves the sample to the electropolishing location and back to the X-ray measurement area. Precise positioning of the part in the X-ray measurement area is done by positioning carrier on the table.

The X-ray measurement area on the table is enclosed with a safety shield, which can be lifted up for easy moving of the sample on the carrier. The safety switch is equipped with safety interlocks.
